We spoke to Liam Tinsley just before he was about to open his takeaway food experience "Feast" a while ago. We said we'd bring him back on to find out how things went, and this is it. AL and Shane catch up with Liam to find out how things have gone since the launch. What lessons has he learned, what has the feedback been like and what is like being his own boss now?

Liam likes to experiment with food and there have been some amazing discoveries because of this. Working with caviar, bourbon infused ketchups and even haggis Liam has created menu fit for the gods! "feast" has also evolved into other directions too, like Sunday dinners and an exquisite Asian menu.

This situation caught Alex's eye because Steph works at Six Ticks which is a cool tech company that makes websites, apps etc However Steph is pushing for something called Tech Time Out to be rolled out nationally. We all (mostly) spend too much time attached to technology which is not healthy and that is a fact. Tech Time Out encourages people to actually take a break from tech and give your mind a rest. Concentrate on more important things and do away with notifications that try to draw you back in.

A business ran by Mother and Daughter Sharon and Chloe, that offers a new lease of life to furniture that may have ended up in the skip otherwise. We talk about how the business became what it is today, how Sharon and Chloe manage to work together, the importance of inter-generational working relationships and how Landfill Angels give back to the community.

"This show was put together by our awesome High Sheriff, Dean Harris and I am so glad it was! There is something really genuinely beautiful about this episode. I find the idea of giving a battered old piece of furniture a new look, life or purpose to be really quite rewarding. We have been trying for AGES to try and get Dale on the show but his salon (in The Parade Shops) is that busy, its hard to get him to stand still for longer than 2 minutes. It only took a worldwide pandemic to get him to sit with us but boy do we make the most of it.

Dale has an amazing story. From Electrician to the UK's top barber we cover as much as it as possible. How do you become UK's best barber? What has this year been like with the floods and the pandemic. Remember when the world was dying for haircuts? Well now we get to hear what that was like from a barber's perspective.

"Dale is great and I'm so glad that I finally got to chat with him. I only stalked him for a year, it's no biggie. Loved chatting to you sir, welcome on anytime!"

What is Christmas like at the food hub, how long does it take for things to get back to normal afterwards and how long does it take to loose the smell of parsnips?

The pandemic has brought along some interesting situations. How did the panic buying affect things? What happened to all of the volunteers and what can we expect this Christmas? All of this is important because raising awareness of The Food Hub and the good it does for the community could help many in the months to come.
