Tish Humphrey / Curves Conroe and Huntsville

Tish Humphrey grew up in Magnolia Gardens and then moving to Huntsville she graduated from SHSU and never left.  Upon retiring from the City of Huntsville after 20 years of using her Computer Science degree, she already owned two Curves.  Tish and her husband Russell have two SHSU graduates also - Justin and Samantha.  Their children grew up in an entrepreneurial environment; Justin chose the corporate route and Samantha has an online boutique business, Barbwire Barbie and another successful social marketing business. Curves has allowed Tish's passion for people and problem solving to continue throughout the last 20 years; she continues to learn more about a healthy lifestyle and finds ways to help others do the same!

 

Tish served on Huntsville City Council from 2011 to 2019 and now that seat is filled by her husband.

Tish has served in many capacities in the Huntsville Chamber of Commerce and is a member of it and the Conroe/Lake Conroe Chamber as well as the Montgomery County Association of Business Women.

She enjoys working on committees to benefit CASA of Walker County as well as other events.

Miguel serves as the Executive Director for the Lone Star College Small Business Development Center.  In this role he oversees a team of business advisers that work and assist small businesses start, grow and expand their businesses by providing; one-on-one, confidential, no cost business advising.

He is a proud veteran, having served in The United States Marine Corp as a machine gunner from 1986 - 1990. After being honorably discharged he began attending North Harris Community College, today known as Lone Star College. Katherine Kleemann is the Owner of the Spherion Staffing franchise locations in Bryan, Brenham and Conroe, TX along with her husband, Justin.  The Kleemanns just celebrated their eleventh year in business and were awarded the 2018 Spherion Owner of the Year Award.

Katherine and Justin are both Montgomery County natives. They reside in College Station today, but are very active in Montgomery, Brazos and Washington Counties. Katherine currently sits on the board of Scotty’s House and is involved in the local Chambers of Commerce, Junior League, SHRM and the Economic Development Corporation.  In 2017 Katherine was recognized as a Community Impact Award winner by the Bryan-College Station Chamber of Commerce.

Margie Taylor is the founder of Taylorized PR, a boutique Public Relations firm serving the Greater Montgomery County area since 2014. Prior to establishing Taylorized PR Margie Taylor worked in the non-profit sector as Director of Development for Community Assistance Center (formerly known as Montgomery County Emergency Assistance), the Montgomery County Food Bank, as Director of Marketing/Development, and Montgomery County Youth Services, as Outreach Coordinator serving homeless youth with resources in all secondary schools throughout the county. She also worked part time in 2017 as Director for Development for Bridgewood Farms.

Taylorized PR works with nonprofits, small businesses, and other organizations to increase branding, revenue, and awareness in the community. Services include social media, relationship marketing, direct mail, website maintenance, newsletters, community engagement, press releases, positive political consulting, developing marketing ideas, and special events. Taylor writes a weekly article in The Courier, hosts a weekly radio show in Downtown Conroe, and is a writer for Dockline Magazine.

Margie’s non-profit experience began in 2003, and prior to that she worked 20 years in retail in various capacities- Foley’s as a buyer in the Men’s Fragrance Buying Office, Garden Ridge as a financial planner, Stage Stores (Palais Royal) in Buying Office, and many years in store management at various stores.

Her engagement in the community includes membership in the Conroe/Lake Conroe Chamber, The Woodlands Area Chamber, Montgomery Area Chamber of Commerce, The Greater Magnolia Parkway Chamber as a Board Director, TX-Agri-Life Family and Community Health Committee, Entergy Power to Care Board, Board Director of Family Promise, Montgomery County Association of Business Women, Liberty Belles Republican Women, Conroe Downtown Area Association, and PR sponsor for many local non-profit events including The Woodlands Chamber Taste of the Town, The Woodlands Chamber of Commerce Chairman’s Ball, the Community Assistance Center’s Annual Duck Race, The Family Promise Bed Races, and Conroe’s Christmas on Main. She also served on the Montgomery County Community Foundation selection committee 2016-2018.

In 2015 she was the Volunteer of the Year for the Conroe/Lake Conroe Chamber of Commerce, was honored to be Women of Distinction in 2014 with MCABW, and is an alumni of LMC 2015. Her experience has provided 30 years in leadership and 15 years in Marketing/Development.

Keath Krueger, is an Entrepreneur and Business Owner in Conroe Texas. While he has a great passion for Business, he considers himself a Christian and Family Man first and foremost. Keath graduated from Conroe High School in 1997. Upon graduation, he continued his education at Stephen F. Austin University. During his time at SFA, he found a love for Business and Marketing!

In 2002 Keath graduated from SFA, and moved to Waco Texas where he would open his first business with the help of some of his college classmates. He owned and operated a successful Medical Supply business, that would become part of one of the biggest suppliers in Texas. In 2006 Keath saw an opportunity to get back to Conroe Texas with the opening of another business. Again, he partnered with a college classmate, and they began a wholesale printing business.

Keath is also active in Real Estate and other ventures, but he prides himself on Community Involvement! I started working in the insurance industry before I graduated in May 1993 with a bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University–Commerce. I grew up in Sarasota, Florida and have lived around the South, including Georgia, South Carolina and Texas. I relocated from Katy to Willis in 2018 and am excited to be a part of this community.

Giving back to the community is important to us here at the Lewis Creek Agency. We support the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, 4-H and FFA Scholarship funds, Operation Pets Alive, Conroe/Lake Conroe Chamber of Commerce and the Montgomery Area Chamber of Commerce.

Outside of the agency, I enjoy going out on my boat with loved ones, riding my motorcycle, working on house projects and cheering on Clemson’s football team. All those activities are more exciting when I get to share them with my wife, Maureen, two daughters, Rachel and Danielle, and our two dogs. Luna is a rescued Labrador retriever and Buckeye is a dachshund we rescued from the streets.

I’m thankful for all the support I’ve received from people in our community and am excited to get to know them. I want customers to feel welcome when they stop in the agency and know they’re speaking with someone who cares about them and is knowledgeable about coverage options to fit their lifestyle.
