It’s World Mental Health Day, an international day to raise the profile of mental health education, awareness and advocacy against social stigma.
You may recognise Matt Smith as Head of Media & Communications at Morecambe Football Club.
Matt is also a talented musician, and for World Mental Health Day, has written a song, ‘Imperfect Day’, a track that tells a story through the eyes of someone who is having to face the world, despite battling mental health problems.
Matt has also opened up about his own personal struggles with mental health issues, in an exclusive extended interview with Beyond Radio.
