Mike Earnshaw is a husband, father, runner, poet, punk, author...and somehow he finds the time to be the principal of an elementary school in Illinois. In this episode, I reflect on a conversation that I had with two students. They believe that teachers have code words and phrases for when students are, in their words, "...not good at something."
