Healing old wounds that no longer serve us requires us to lean in, face our discomfort and change what we believe about ourselves or the person, place, experience or thing that co created our wounds. When we have the capacity to meet our wounds, pain and fears at the table, we can, with love and grace choose a new vantage point to heal through the power of forgiveness. Forgiveness is about letting go. It is a practice and an action. When we choose forgiveness we recognize our place in the experience, and or the lesson that it offers beyond the pain and suffering we still feel. Acknowledging our wounds and choosing to heal them from a place of love liberates our essence and naturally restores the balance between us and the other people, places and things through unconditional love. When we are willing to take the first step to evolve our consciousness from a place of pain to healing, we initiate a miracle, an opportunity to shift what is blocking us from joy, love and truly expressing our wholesomeness. I hope you choose to begin your healing, for you, and for the greater good of all.
