In this week's episode, Bobby brings up the topic of toxic employees. The ones perpetually sick or out. How this effects the agency and the citizens as a whole. Looking back, I recall many incidents where officers had to carry a heavier call load because one or two of their fellow officers wouldn't step up. How has this effected yur agency or your business?
