In this week's episode, Bobby and Sarge discuss the good old days of no cell phones, when kids stayed outside until the streetlights came on and drinking water from a garden hose. Back when families sat together, watched TV together because there were only three channels and the child closest to the TV was the remote. We've all seen the Facebook posts that show a mountain cabin and says, "if your needs for food and drink were taken care of, would you live in this house, but you had to give up your social media and phone?" With all the protected classes in this nation currently, it appears there is a lot of entitlement going around to the point that the intitled are demanding they be recognized regardless of our opinions. Cancel culture and violence appear to be the norm these days. So, it's safe to assume, people who just want to be left alone are being forced to participate. What will happen if this continues? In this week's episode, Bobby and Sarge discuss the issue of cowards and agencies refusing to back up other agencies. When an agency head tells officers to stand down when another agency is calling for assistance because of politics, one needs to ask, what is the problem? IS it good practice to abandon federal or State officers because of political climate? What penalties should these department heads face for such negligence. Should it be the civilians in charge who ordered the chief to give the order to stand down? Neither Bobby nor Sarge is against open carry, but the listener needs to be aware that extra training is going to be needed if they carry. Like weapons retention, type of holster.
