Finding ways to save time and become more efficient allows you to save money, make money, be less stressed and/or allow you extra time to spend time doing other things. There are a raft of different things you can do that can easily save you an hour a day. To put that into context, saving an hour a day is 200 hours over the course of a standard working year (200 days) or 5 working weeks (40 hr weeks). Part of what helps you to develop the right mindset is to focus on value not price.
