A good "I was sold to the circus" story
An inspiring story about a little albino girl born to rich religious fanatics in the 1930s who was sold to the circus as a 'freak' by her fruitcake mother. Her sister, who inherits the family estate, never knew this sister existed. It's about the struggles of the 2 sisters, each very different from the other. I enjoy all of Belva Plain's novels and this was no exception.
Great story
Great book, always like the writing. I've gone through a couple of books in 2 days. Characters very interesting. Sometimes can anticipate what's gonna happen but most times left in suspense.
Good Read
I liked the story plot. It ended well.
Five Stars

The Sight of the Stars
This was an outstanding book. Of course I have liked all of Belva Plain's books. I did not know that she had passed away until I read this book. I felt so bad. Her books are always so wonderful and good. I will miss her.
