The prevalence of harassment and violence in Canadian workplaces has led to changes in OHS legislation throughout the country, including Newfoundland and Labrador. There is growing evidence of the negative impacts these behaviours have on employees’ mental and physical health and safety, and the overall health of organizations and communities.
