In honour of the release of Rampage and the imminent release of jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom, the Silver Screen Dudes are counting down the TOP 10 Sc-Fi Monsters. From the dino-like monsters like Godzilla, the T-Rex and the Indominus Rex, to the Alien monsters like The Thing, Predator and (of course) the Xenomorphs, to the downright bizarre like the Kaiju and Tremors, Hollywood is certainly blessed with some phenomenal Sci-Fi monsters, but which will make the Rushmore?

In honour of his Incredible performance as Thanos in Avengers: Infinity War, the Silver Screen Dudes are counting down the TOP 10 Josh Brolin Movies. What really caught us by surprise when we were doing our lists, was just how many great movies Josh Brolin has been in, that we believe people may not have seen, as many are not exactly "main stream".
That said, 2018 definitely looks like the year of Brolin, with Avengers Infinity War, Deadpool 2 and Sicario 2 all releasing with Josh Brolin at the forefront. It's been a long time coming (think going all the way back to Goonies!0, but it looks like Josh Brolin has (finally0 made it big, and for that, the Silver Screen Dudes are grateful!

In honour of the release and phenomenal success of A Quiet Place - a collaboration between husband and wife, John Krasinski and Emily Blunt - the Silver Screen Dudes are counting down the TOP 10 collaborations between actors and directors. From the obvious like Martin Scorsese and Robert deNiro or Leonardo DiCaprio, and Tim Burton with his muse, Johnny Depp, to lesser known known collaborations like Sheridan and Daniel Day Lewis, this is a who's who of the greatest collaborations over the years. Be warned: the Rushmore may surprise you!

In honour of the eminent release of one of the biggest movies of all time, Avengers: Infinity War, the Silver Screen Dudes are counting down the TOP 10 Movies of the Avengers Infinity War Cast. Downey Jr is not "just Iron Man", Chris Evans is not "just Captain America", Scar Jo is not "just Black Widow" and Chris Hemsworth is... well... he still has to diversify a bit, lol. Just joking, we love you Chris.
Jokes aside, this stellar cast that makes up the Infinity War have been in some truly memorable roles and we are counting down the TOP 10 of our favourite performances and as always arguing about who is worthy of making the Movie Mount Rushmore.

In honour of the release of Entebbe, starring Daniel Brühl and Rosmaund Pike, this week on the Movie Mount Rushmore Podcast, we are counting down our TOP 10 picks for Movies based on Real Events. Like any other artistic medium, cinema strongly borrows from real life, and we have attempted to create lists (and the eventual Rushmore selection) to be as diverse as possible.

In honour of the release of Pacific Rim Uprising here in the UK, we are counting down the TOP Awesome but Terrible Action Movies. Now be careful, by this, we do not mean "Guilty Pleasures", that would imply that these movies are flat out bad.
Cheesy? Definitely! Flawed? In some part, yes. But objectively, each of these movies in our lists has a lot quality, and all the terrible, flawed, cheesiness all rolled into one.

In honour of the release of Annihilation on Netflix starring Natalie Portman & Jennifer Jason Leigh...and the fact we recorded this on Mother's Day...and the fact it is being released during International Woman's Month, we are counting down the TOP 10 Female Characters in Sci-Fi movies.

For this list, we also dive into the blurred line between Sci-Fi and Fantasy and debate where the difference really is, and based on that, we decide (with some difficulty) whom the most iconic, the most badass women in all of Sci-Fi are.
