They say that pain is the greatest motivator. Virtually all of my chiropractic patients begin seeing me because they are in pain.
Most have tried pain medications and haven’t found them helpful or they realize that medication can’t get to the real root of the problem so they are looking for a better approach to eliminating the pain in their body.
You’ve heard the saying, “if you always do what you’ve always done, you’ll always get what you’ve always got.” Well, if that is the case, we could add the prequel and say, “if you always think the way you’ve always thought, you’ll always do what you’ve always done.”
So today, let’s think about things a bit differently.
I want to share a case study with you that illustrates a couple of big ideas.
First, we’re going to talk about “new thinking” when it comes to specifically treating pain.
Then we’re going to zoom out and think differently about the big picture of her case and what it can teach all of us.
