Today we looked at what scripture had to say about our new life. We also examined the difference between the literal possibility of sin and the moral possibility of sin and how that pertains to the true Christian

Last time, we learnt of the relationship between the believer and God's word. In this lesson, we learn about the believer's relationship with the world. We look at this topic through the lens of three important parables: The parable of the wheat, the mustard seed, and the leaven. Through these analogies, we dig into the proper pattern of relationship with a hostile world

In today's lesson, we are confronted with the truth of intimacy with God and why it is necessary. We also get to learn about what the true litmus test to our knowledge of God is and who must pattern ourselves after to lead a successful Christian life

We learn about the parable of the sower and we get to see him in a light we probably haven't seen before. Previously, due to the fact that the sower has only one line in scripture, he has been  neglected. But we are made to understand his importance and what that means for us. We also dive deep into the types of soil that exist and why Christians unwittingly find themselves with hearts of stone.

We learn of the corporate anointing. What does it mean for a group of people to be anointed for service? We also talk about the job of the church in these times and the importance of unity in carrying out the work of God.

This is the final teaching of this series and in it we look at the final beatitudes. We learn what it means to be peacemakers, our role in bringing the world to an end, and finding what we must do as Christians in our lives

What is sin? What does it mean to have an advocate with the Father? Did Jesus die for everybody? These are questions that have plagued the church for ages and no matter how many times it is answered, we find that we must ask it again and again. Taking out text from 1 John 2: 1-2, we pick up on some biblical truths and what they mean for the believer today.
