This is part one on explaining how easily God's people stumble in sin. Contrary to what some in the Church teach.....simply be CALLED a Saint does NOT mean that God's people are seen by the Lord as being holy and blameless. God's people have other TITLES like: Christian, Follower, Believer, Child of the Light, etc. Simply being CALLED or having someone else CALL YOU a Christian or a Believer (NOUNS) does NOT mean that God sees you as LIVING saintly, or Christ-like....or walking as a Child of the Light!
Brethren, ALL of God's children....WILL spend ALL of their earthly life struggling with their sinful flesh.....one way or another. And the idea that the Lord will 'deliver' or 'defeat' this sin struggle for His children is silly and unbiblical. The mighty and faithful Apostle Paul tells us that even on his best day with Christ...he sins! Now, I am NOT sharing a defeatest message in this podcast. It is a realist message. Because even though the Lord KNOWS that His children will be sinners until they get to heaven (where they finally receive their sinless bodies), He expects His children to continue to grow up spiritually...to continue fighting against their sinful flesh...and to continue striving to walk in a manner which pleases Him.
