It's awesome how shows come together while I'm in recording mode.  I pick a selection of songs and one song leads to another almost magically.  Some songs get left for the next show because they fit that puzzle better.  It's very similar to performing live and how both preparation and organization combined with intuition lead a show forward.  The end product can be sometimes be entirely different then one intended.  It's like yielding to the spirit of art.
