This week I have a story and a public service announcement where I discuss about internalized racism and how it's affected my dating life. We have enough to deal with being black and single... So men... STOP MAKING IT WORSE!

After watching a clip of a young woman cuss her mother out about being sexually abused by her mother's boyfriends, I was beyond heartbroken. The mother had the audacity to even blame her daughter for the boyfriends perverted infidelity. Mothers as we approach mother's day... We need to do better by our children even moreso when the father is absent. Sometimes a toxic mother is more harmful than an absent, deadbeat dad.

You ever have a girlfriend tell you about a situation they have that could've been completely avoided. And despite you giving them good advice, they go back to the f**ktivity? I mean all you can do is look back and say, "you're a dizzy b*tch!" Well for a moment I was that girl. I'm not proud of it because not only was it not my best moment, it happened while filming The Single Chronicles! Like I completely knew better. But that naive girl in me had to learn a lesson!

This week I want to talk about dealing with anxiety and other issues while stuck in quarantine. I had a complete meltdown last week. It's been a month and still we're mostly homebound. So if you're like me, you're trying to stay sane and cope. That being said, I decided to make some changes to help me get by.
