Sarah Cawood was a staple on our televisions in the 90s and 00s, getting bitten by the performance bug as a child. She was a talented dancer and trained at the Royal Ballet School and Arts Educational Schools before going on to have a career onstage in the Vienna Festival Ballet Company and in the West End production of Phantom Of The Opera. 

Sarah  got her first tv break on Nickelodeon and was poached from there to host the cultural phenomenon that was The Girlie Show with Sara Cox in 1996. 

She appeared in dozens of shows over a 15 year career including MTV’s Singled Out, Live & Kicking, The National Lottery Jetset and Top Of The Pops. 

Sarah got married and had her first baby in 2012 and settled into life as a stay-at-home mum. Since then, she has discovered the freedom of social selling, which allows her to be based at home, whilst still making a bit of money!  She joined a brand new beauty company selling Hollywood’s top cosmetic dermatologist Simon Ourian’s incredible skin care line a year ago and has achieved two incentive trips already working for THE BEST DIRECT SALES COMPANY EVER!

What you can expect from a session......

THE METHOD

NEUROSCIENCE BACKED. SOMATIC INFORMED.

Movement is Medicine™ (MIM) classes begin with a somatic meditation that gradually and safely increases body awareness and connects the attendee with their body sensations. Once fully grounded and connected with the body, Kayleigh guides attendees to release the emotions that have been brought to the surface through embodied dancing. During this embodied dance movement, Kayleigh encourages attendees to get into flow to stay out of their heads (the thinking mind) by keeping their eyes close. This is so that the person is not concerned with how the movement looks but rather keeps their focus on how it feels. This allows the body to take over and move intuitively into a state of flow.

We use dance to access our inner agency by working with nervous system education to dispel stress, anxiety, and tension and by making room for deeper connections with our bodies.

Whatever clothes you feel most comfortable in is best. Choosing somewhere that enables you to be fully immersed is best.

Little ones are welcome to join in, the more the merrier!
