For many years, I was the ALL or nothing type of woman.
The one who that the one day I got sick or had something happened, & missed a workout would go then and binge on food, because it was not even worth it anymore, was this true?
The one who if I couldn't make a workout, I would then obsess over it, & would then punish myself with double the workout time because I fuc*ed up.
The one who one cookie will turn into the whole sleeve, or two..
feeling sorry for myself, guilting, & punishing myself over & over again.
I did not know how to handle it when things didn't go the way I envisioned, so, of course, it derailed me from getting what I wanted.
& I would stop showing up for myself, hard.
I know now that it was because I didn't have what I have now.
The clarity.
The confidence.
& the slay-ttitude to keep going,
no matter what through a mind, body, & soul connection that has been activated & is lit tf up!!
The motivation you are longing for..
The perfect neutral journey toward releasing weight...
The perfect life where NOTHING goes wrong & it all is good vibes, & easy..
