Mannington native and NFL player/coach Alex Van Pelt joins the show to talk about his brief time at North Marion High School and Grafton High School, as well as his time as QB at Pitt and eventually his NFL tenure as both a player and coach! Alex is still active in the NFL today as of the 2024-25 season.

We also begin to break down high school basketball as it’s getting close to Regional seeding time as well as talk about the coaching carousel that is currently going on in West Virginia High School Football!

Childhood friend and former North Marion Football Coach Drew Cameon joins the show, National Signing Day sees a lot of WV High School players signing up to take their games to the next level, and Coach Lanham and I talk a little bit about high school and college basketball seasons as March Madness is upon us!
