Annie West:

Local legendary Illustrator Annie West gave us one of the best episodes yet in our 'Creative Sligo' series.

This is an amazing story of serendipity with lots of tales you may not have heard about Annie. From being Darryl Hannahs stunt double to an odd chat with Led Zeppelins Robert Plant!  Annie's unique style has gained her fans around the globe including Brad Pitt, Tom Cruise and even the King of England.

Local crafters Rachel Adams from The Little Fox and Carla Flannery from Wild Essence showed us around their store in The Canopy shopping centre in Sligo town as part of our 'Creative Sligo'  series.

They told us about their love of creating and after a variety of jobs, they really have found their passion, whilst doing what they love. We got an insight also into the Creative process involved in their craft.
