It's the Dutch Grand Prix! One of last year's most entertaining on track races with a frantic Lewis Hamilton not able to get the best of a rampant Max Verstappen. This week though, without Hamilton in the mix - one can only hope that Ferrari amongst others can rain on the Red Bull parade.

We review the Belgian Grand Prix with special guest (and my incredible Fiance), Nicole Neethling. The first real Belgian GP in 2 years. With Max taking an unassailable lead for the rest of the season and Ferrari being Ferrari, we dissect a great midfield battle that showed Alpine take the advantage over Mclaren and Alex Albon scoring Williams' first points in a while! 

It's all great to get a ladies opinion on Formula 1. Often we hear men's opinions and that isn't the whole story of Formula 1. We are seeing more and more diversity in the fanbase which makes for an even more exciting spectacle of a sport.

We preview the upcoming Belgian GP. Discuss Ricciardo's dismissal from Mclaren as well as what each team needs to improve going forward for the rest of the season. 

In this episode, Mike and Rob discuss the turbulence at Alpine and Mclaren with the French manufacturer likely to take this battle to court. Will the burnt bridges be the beginning of a rough career for the promising Aussie? 

Luca De Bellis is our guest on the podcast this week. An incredible musician, well versed Formula 1 fan and incredible team mate in F1 '22. It was always touch and go bringing an Italian Ferrari fan on the podcast and expecting him to not be biased in his summations. He did his best, though.

With iconic tracks like Spa Francorchamps and Monaco likely not on the F1 calendar for 2023, we will see a real switch around in the culture and in some senses, the prestige of F1 going in to 2023.
