The Slow Drift is a podcast about leadership, emotional exhaustion, identity, isolation, rebuilding, faith, and what happens when strong people slowly lose themselves inside…
Hosted by Dr. Joshua Brown, military veteran, father, and founder of The Reshaped Leader, these conversations explore the hidden emotional cost of carrying too much for too long and the rebuilding that begins when honesty finally replaces performance.
This is not a podcast about perfection.
It is about pressure. Collapse. Resilience. Meaning. And becoming real again.
