It’s a heavy burden—working full-time jobs while responding to emergencies, often without proper support. The reality is, many carry mental scars that go unnoticed. 

I’ve been there, turning to exercise as my escape, but that’s not always the answer. It’s time we redefine strength. 

Let’s break the stigma. Checking in on your volunteer friends can make a world of difference. Remember, healing is stronger than a smile.
