Harry stands on the new stage of 2×4 and plywood at the Crybaby Bar. It is Christmas Eve and though he questions his life, he feels the spirit. He is at peace with all the revellers around him. He has finished his first set and is sitting at his stool at the end of the bar. He is recording an album at The Tarantula Arms and all is well with the world. That’s when a girl sits beside him.
