The Snap UK (An American Football Podcast)

It's that time of the year again, so we all get together to say what we would do if we were the GMs of the 32 NFL teams.

Picks, reaches, trades, guesses and positional value. Who will be the players to grace our screens in the new year?

This year we do Rounds 1 and 2 again, will it be less frantic than last year, with Paul in amongst it and doing his research, who can be sure!?

The Draft is approaching, so who can we expect to go early in the first round, who are in the premium positions, and who is great, but not where you'd usually expect positional value.

After this, it becomes a ramble, as Gary fails to name two Running Backs from days of Draft past.

The Super Bowl is this weekend, and we preview the clash between Seattle Seahawks and New England Patriots.

Can the Seahawks Defence keep Maye and Diggs quiet, and can the New England make Darnold see ghosts? Can the Pats rush attack keep moving? How does this affect Jake Bobo's legacy?

We discuss the new coach hires, who is looking up, who is moving sideways, and who is just being the Cleveland Browns?

We also discuss the Hall of Fame snubs, and does this affect the legitimacy of the Hall?

The Bills fail to make the Championship Game, and McDermott pays for this with his job. Brandon Beane gets promoted though, can we make it make sense.

The Patrios beat the Texans in a sloppy game, where the Texans defence must be furious their efforts are wasted.

Seahawks demolish the 49ers, and may be the best team in the NFL right now.

Rams beat the Bears, but is this just the start for this Chicago team?

Apologies, it's a long one, but it's not often news breaks of this magnitude whilst we're recording.

We start by discussing the Panthers more circuitous route to the Playoffs, via a loss at the Buccs, and then a Falcons win at the Saints, and then the Steelers beating the Ravens.

We start to discuss the Black Monday Coach Firings, and whilst we're talking, John Harbaugh is let go by the Baltimore Ravens, putting a spanner in our best job available ranking, and meaning Stefanski might not be the highest profile free agent Head Coach available.

We go through the Super Wildcard Round predictions, and then Hall of Good is NFL media personalities, and we come to a rare solution for our picks.

A quick show, to discuss a pulsating week of football, and wish out listeners a most Merry Christmas.

This Lions team, are just taking being Lions-y to new extremes, as they find new ways to be unlucky. This is the worst time to do this though, as the lost ground in the chase for the Playoffs.

The Seahawks take No.1 in the NFC and the Jags are legit, and Drake Maye is having a second season that draws comparisons I don't want to burden him with.
