In a city near the North Pole, siblings Jonah and Jesse live a unique life where kids drive cars and it's always snowy. Skilled at shoveling snow, they become local heroes when a blizzard hits and they help two princesses stuck in a jeep. Despite their challenges with a race car, the siblings use hot cocoa to melt the ice and free the car. They then join the princesses and some waddling penguins in a lively parade around town, celebrating their snowy adventures together.
