  • E3 - Catherine Millan's Story

Catherine Millan, founder and company director of Be What You See Consultancy, joins Lisa and Chistal to share her journey of becoming alcohol free.

As an entrepreneur delivering training on hard hitting topics such as racism, homophobia and enableism, whilst heading up a growing business, Catherine explores how alcohol no longer aligned with her goals. Catherine candidly talks about the impacts alcohol had on her mental health and how it exacerbated her ADHD symptoms. She shares how she was inspired and supported by her fiance (spoiler alert, Lisa and Catherine are engaged) to ditch the booze.

This is one not to be missed!
