With over 18 years of strategic marketing experience, she’s helped build teams and specializes in growth marketing. VP of Product Marketing as well as a Chief Operations Officer.

One of her most prized accomplishments is that on December 27th she managed to achieve two years of sobriety. She has completely eliminated alcohol from her life and has found a new way of living. I want to preface that Nicole was not an alcoholic, but she realized that Alcohol no longer aligned with the next phase in her life.

Today's episode is going to be about recognizing triggers when it comes to alcohol, people pleasing and peer pressure in relation to drinking, inner child healing, and learning how to create boundaries in order to achieve a more joyful life.
