I've been struggling with my weight for quite some time now. I seem to always get this high lose a bunch of weight then just gain it all back within a matter of time.
I say I want to lose weight but yet I feel like I haven't decided! I have zero self control when it comes to food.
Do you guys have any suggestions on what can stop this cycle?
I'm an all or nothing type of guy.
