It's the end of Season 3 and I just want to say a personal thank you to all of you who have watched, listened, liked, shared and commented on the episodes this season - and a huge welcome to those of you who found me this season and subscribed to my channel or followed my social handles.

In Part 2 of this reflective and layered conversation, the men of The Forum reading club explore how societal structures have shaped and, in many cases, distorted how men from the global majority see themselves.

They share personal experiences, from generational expectations to the quiet burdens of masculinity, and reflect on how systems built around dominance, silence, and individualism often leave little room for emotional complexity or cultural nuance.
