Amirose Eisenbach is passionate about elevating women and creating social impact - and is actively doing that through her company, Radiant J. Productions. With over 14 years of experience in the music and entertainment industry behind her, her life changed in 2014 when her mother, Jayne (the “J”) lost her battle to cancer. Amirose took this pain and decided to turn it into her power and strength in order to help people transform and find their own light. We talk about her first passion project, Equal Playing Field, which brings to light conversations on gender equality and overall perseverance, that impact on a large scale doesn’t happen overnight, and why self-care is the most important thing when your purpose is helping others. We also discuss the nuances of life, the ups and downs, how to move forward while honoring the past, and why it’s essential to give yourself the permission to be human. Amirose is the embodiment of strength, grit and an overall inspiration for finding your personal light - even in the hardest times.

Maggie Winter is the cofounder and CEO of AYR: A digitally native fashion brand built for a new generation of women. AYR creates seasonless, timeless and ageless essentials as an alternative to fast fashion. In our conversation we talk about the realities of being a female entrepreneur, from financing an early stage company to balancing self care. For Maggie, the most important thing in life is how she spends her time and she spends it objectively well - being bicoastal, choosing to be present in everything she does and creating a relatable brand for the new generation of women with two of her best friends. She talks about the dynamic between the three co founders, why trust, understanding and communication are essential when working together and how support systems can get you through the tough times - just as they help you celebrate the ‘champagne moments’. Maggie is a pioneer in redefining what a business, brand and executive looks like and is helping to pave the way for other new leaders in society - one that her 15 year old self would definitely be proud of.

Jessica Francis is a wellness entrepreneur and marketing expert. After working for 10 years in advertising she made the transition to wellness entrepreneur by first becoming a certified Pilates instructor and then eventually making the leap to being a studio owner. Her work in advertising helped her to conceptualize and create the brand and space that is Pilatesmith - athletic, inviting, and overall gender neutral. In our conversation we discuss how building a business starts with small steps, solid branding and simple excel spreadsheets but its growth comes from connecting to a community and having amazing team members. Jessica also talks about the inevitable burnout that comes along with being a business owner and why it’s so important to hold yourself accountable to your own wellness needs - especially when you’re partially responsible for the well-being of others!
