10) Consider the customer journey and build your communication plan accordingly:

1) Awareness

2) Consideration

3) Conversion

4) Retention

5) Advocacy

7) Answer messages and make use of automated responses for FAQs

8) Pin your most important post to the top of the page

9) Join relevant groups as your page.

10) Create a presence on Instagram and connect the pages.

This is an unplanned quick tip episode where I briefly address a question that was posed to me on whether it is wise to keep posting content on social media amidst this pandemic we are facing.

It definitely depends on your business however 2 things to keep in mind are the following:

1. People have more time to consume content which means you may have more eyes on your brand at this time of you do share content.

2. It is important to be very mindful of what is happening when you do share content online.

When creating social media content and running Facebook ads there are many things to consider including the objective, target audience, call-to-action and so much more.
