It’s a solo night on Dry Storage Confessionals and I’m spilling every damn thing I’ve been holding onto. Holiday party chaos? Yup. Event booking drama? Absolutely. A little personal tea? Unfortunately. I’m also giving props to The Burnt Chef Project and their “drinking at work” convo, AND reading your answers to “What really pisses you off in a kitchen?” This one’s unfiltered. And probably too relatable.
