Jerry Harris is the publisher of Christian Standard Media which produces our movement’s longest-running publication, Christian Standard.
He is currently the Teaching Pastor at The Crossing, a missional, multisite, megachurch planted in micropolitan (and smaller) communities ranging in population from 125 to 40,000. Until very recently, he was the Lead Pastor, helping The Crossing grow from a church of 230 people to a pre-closure attendance of 8,000 people across 11 locations in Illinois, Missouri, and Iowa.

The church is currently running about 5,400 in attendance, and Outreach Magazine regularly lists The Crossing as one of the largest and fastest-growing churches in America.

Receiving his education from Indiana University and Ozark Christian College, Jerry has ministered in Florida, Virginia, Indiana, and Illinois. Jerry has authored the books Micropolitan Church and 50 Days. He was a founding board member of The Solomon Foundation and chairman of Reach India.
Jerry and his wife Allison have been ministering together for 38 years. They have four children and 5 perfect grandchildren.
