We've been involved in the Church, in many different aspects, over the last 44 years. Our children want nothing to do with it. It's their choice, we respect it but can't help thinking if we exposed them to too much of it in their formative years.

We love Facebook and we're not ashamed to say it. At it's best it's a great way to stay in touch with friends and family and re-establish friendships with people we haven't seen in years....maybe decades. There are also many who have made the FB experience very ugly for the rest of us......

Maureen loves those TV hoarding shows but they make Pete apoplectic. 

Just as people remember where they were and what they were doing when JFK was assassinated or when man first walked on the moon, so, too, do we remember that sunny, clear, cloudless morning when our world went terribly wrong.
