God gives us strength not just to function, but to heal. Most of us are so accustomed to functioning broken that we don't understand what it means to pause and receive healing. The body requires strength to heal itself, shutting down to fight infection. Sometimes capacity given in a season doesn't mean adding more to your plate. Sometimes you are the one that needs to be on your plate. Strength to heal is strength to embrace God's process even when the world's process seems faster, to accept God's timing even when the world's timing seems more convenient. This is for you if you've been running fast in the wrong direction instead of resting in God's healing work, or if you struggle to see stillness as productive obedience rather than wasted time.
