When we feel “broken”, it is often because we’ve told ourselves that in some way we are “damaged, fractured, or not whole”. But, only things can be broken - people cannot. You were born and still are 100% whole and worthy. So, your goal is to remove any thought or belief that prevents you from remembering your inherent wholeness. 

I invite you to consider these questions:

  • What might prevent you from believing that you’re 100% whole?
  • What decisions have you made from a place of feeling broken?
  • I encourage you to consider and practice these thoughts:

    • “I’m willing to consider that I’m 100% whole.”
  • “I’m willing to look for evidence that I’m 100% whole.”
  • “I want to want to believe that I’m 100% whole.”
