Over 150 teachers and administrators from the Education for Life (EFL) system have gathered in India, representing more than twenty countries. EFL aims to uplift children by recognizing their unique souls and helping them achieve their fullest potential—an essential step toward a brighter future. They believe that empowering individuals contributes to a balanced society. The challenges faced by students can be significant, especially for those in oppressive environments, such as the young Afghan women attending EFL's online high school under the threat of the Taliban. Their resilience shines through, as illustrated by a powerful poem from one of these students, expressing hope and the promise of a better tomorrow. In these times, we are reminded that something wonderful awaits each of us.
