On today’s episode of the Soul Connection Duo Podcast, we host C-IYAT and yoga teacher, Abby Verigin! Abby has been practicing yoga for over eight years and teaching for three! Her goal is to share the benefits of this traditional healing practice with the world. 

Abby first discovered yoga in high-school, however she dove deeper into the practice during her college years as a strategy to cope with the increased anxiety she experienced as a student. Throughout this episode, Abby talks about some of the ways in which yoga can help to ease anxiety, and she provides some helpful tools for us and our listeners that she has learned over the years. She even chose to focus her C-IYAT case study on anxiety and the ways in which yoga therapy can be beneficial for alleviating many of the symptoms caused by anxiety.

Focusing on alignment practices to connect the mind, body and soul for a deeper understanding of self, Abby emphasizes the importance of listening to and learning about your own body while attaining balance in life. On today’s episode of the Soul Connection Duo Podcast, we connect with co-founder of Casa Galactica, Michael Thornhill. Michael is a trauma-informed plant spirit healer, professional channel & non-dual teacher.
