Justice is quite a complex card. It asks us to look at what triggers us and to look within to find out why it does. It wants to back up our words with action and keep ourselves accountable. It can eventually lead us to having difficult conversations with family or friends about why we think a situation is wrong and unjust. Justice is a very black and white card. It asks us to see things for what they truly are with no sugar coating. Justice reminds us that in every decision we make there is a karmic reaction to consider. 

In this episode, I talk about the serval definitions for this card and how they apply to everyday life. 

The second part of the episode, I talk about having "radical acceptance." which is defined as, "practicing a conscious effort to acknowledge and honor difficult situations and emotions. Fully accepting things as they are, instead of ignoring, avoiding, or wishing the situation were different, can be a critical step in moving through a difficult experience to experiencing more meaning."

I share recent experiences of my own life involving radical acceptance. As much as these pills were hard to swallow, it has truly made me realize there is no one to blame for my life being the way it is but me. 

In this episode, Jess begins by sharing her many services and talents she has under her Seven Pines and Spa Pamper Parties umbrella and how she left her 9-5 job in the midst of a pandemic to pursue her business. Jess is a hard working, single mom  and opens up about her struggles and triumphs of being a single mother entrepreneur. 

Jess is also a host on a podcast that she shares with her sister Julie Kraus. On the episode titled, "Live Life Coaching Session," Julie gives Jess a coaching session after Jess' appointment with her accountant. During the session, they get to get to the root of what feels off for Jess in her business. Jess realizes that she keeps parts of her business out of her old people pleasing behaviors. I was so inspired by her a-ha moment, I wanted to discuss it further. 

We also talk about the woes of being an entrepreneur and our personal signs of when we know we are reaching burnout.

In this episode, I explore the linear progression of the 4, 5 and 6 Cups. 

We being at the four where we learn to trust timing. It invites us to looking at our commitments and truly seeing if there is space for it. If we trust that it is meant for us, it will eventually find its way back to us. But after the release, we can experience disappointment and upset. The five of cups invites us into that space to give ourselves permission to grieve. Then in the six of cups, we begin to reopen our hearts again and feel emotions with child like wonder.
