Gaby’s Journey Inside Awaken

What happens when you stop looking outside of yourself for the answers and finally learn to trust what you already know within?

In this episode, I’m joined by Gaby to talk about her transformational journey inside Awaken Reiki Certification — and the profound shifts she experienced from the inside out.

Gaby shares how Awaken changed the way she sees herself, her energy and her life. From struggling with self-doubt and feeling like she wasn’t good enough or didn’t belong in certain rooms, to becoming deeply self-assured, trusting her intuition and honoring her own energy.

She describes feeling like she has moved into a completely different vibrational plane — shedding old identities, limiting beliefs and energies that no longer belong to her.

We talk about how learning to protect and work with her energy has changed her day-to-day life, helping her feel calmer, less depleted and more grounded. She shares how she no longer feels as triggered by situations from her past and instead has a deeper awareness of her emotions and the ability to work through them consciously.

When Mindset Work Isn’t Enough: The Missing Piece of Manifestation

Have you ever done the mindset work, shifted your beliefs, said the affirmations and visualised the life you desire — yet still feel like something is blocking you?

Maybe you’ve been doing all the “right” things, but somehow you still feel stuck, disconnected or like you just can’t seem to move into the reality you know is possible for you.

In this episode, we’re exploring the piece of manifestation that often gets overlooked: energy.

Mindset can take us incredibly far, but sometimes we can’t simply think our way through every block. When we continue to feel resistance, self-doubt or like we’re stuck in the same patterns, there may be a deeper energetic layer asking to be explored.

We’ll explore how working with our energy can help us release what’s keeping us stuck, strengthen self-trust, reconnect with our intuition and create the inner alignment needed to move towards what we truly desire.

I also share part of my own journey — how, after doing years of mindset and manifestation work, I reached a point where I still felt stuck, and how everything began to shift when I started working more deeply with energy and Reiki.

This energetic work became such a powerful part of creating the dream vision I had been calling into my life — not by simply thinking about it, but by becoming more deeply connected to myself, my intuition and the desires of my soul.

Because perhaps manifestation isn’t about trying harder.

Perhaps it’s about coming into deeper alignment with who we are and what we’re here to create.

In this solo episode, I’m sharing a big life update and taking you behind the scenes of what has been unfolding for me over the past few months.

I share what led me to leave Costa Rica after everything I created here to and move to Mexico after feeling so deeply called to go, what happened when I arrived, and why I found myself back in Costa Rica just one week later!

Back to the place it all began.

This experience brought up so much around self-trust, intuition, and learning to follow your inner guidance — even when you don’t have the whole picture and even when the path changes along the way.

I'm sharing the lessons I learned and how much more deeply aligned in my life I feel after such a huge life transition.

I also share more about my Reiki journey and how Reiki actually guided me to Costa Rica in the first place, including the one Reiki session that changed my life and set me on a completely different path.

We’ll talk about how Reiki is so much more than a healing modality- it's has been a pathway into deeper self-trust, intuition, soul connection and remembering who you are and what you're here to share.

And this naturally leads into why I created Awaken, my 10-week Online Level 1 & 2 Reiki Certification and a journey of soul remembrance for women who feel called to awaken the healer within, activate their gifts and step into their calling.
