In this episode, we revisit the purpose behind this platform and highlight the importance of healing our personal traumas, life experiences, and sense of self in order to create a meaningful impact and serve something greater than ourselves. Public health is more than just programs and policymaking—it’s about healing generations. It’s the space where we can ignite change by drawing from the very places we had to explore and heal within ourselves. It is where the medicine we discovered on our own journey to wholeness is gathered, bottled, and shared with others.

About Love Ashleie Elaine: Love Ashleie Elaine is the founder of Ashleie Elaine Inc., a sacred space for women healers, helpers, and visionaries ready for soul-centered healing and personal transformation. With over 20 years in behavioral health and a deep understanding that talk therapy alone isn’t always enough, Love turned to holistic healing, blending yoga, somatics, and integrative therapies.
A certified 500-hour Experienced Yoga Teacher, she has taught internationally and is the author of Married to Trauma, a poetic memoir and healing workbook. She also hosts The Soul Work Podcast, a space for somatic healing, body wisdom, and soulful transformation.
Love is a mother, a storyteller, and a world traveler devoted to healing, service, and growth. Her work empowers others to break patterns, reclaim their power, and live with purpose.
