Kaitlyn shared her experience of feeling like she had to carry a weight and how she felt safe enough to relinquish it. When Madhurima asked Kaitlyn what she would like to leave her listeners with, she replied that it is important to not shame yourself for the lows and to accept that they are part of the journey. This conversation was a reminder of the importance of self-care and healing in order to be able to give to others.

Christophe's podcast focuses on stories of people who have been discriminated against and misrepresented in society, and he is most proud of his role as Ike the Spike on the show Twin Peaks. He has been given opportunities to give corporate presentations, speak at conferences, do journalism, and meet new people since starting her podcast two years ago. Both Madhurima and Christophe emphasize the importance of understanding the impact of one's words, rather than the intent, and how it is important to accept help in certain situations. Finally, they encourage people to wave, say hello, introduce themselves, and make a new friend if they see a little person in the wild.


    Christophe Zajac-Denek began his career as a drummer. For six years he toured the US and Europe with a Detroit rock group he co-founded called The Hard Lessons. After moving to Los Angeles, agents became aware of his unique size and ability. His first lengthy production job was standing in for a CGI alien on the movie Paul (2011). Having been previously focused on music, Christophe now embraced the unique world of acting. He became engrossed in the acting world and started working on TV shows and commercials. Most recently Christophe is featured on Season 3 of Twin Peaks, directed by David Lynch. He plays Ike "The Spike" Stadtler, a vicious hit man.
