This solo episode is all about the shadow work I have been doing and LOVING even though it is obviously extremely emotional. Emotions are not a bad thing. Every emotion is just a vibration of love. Emotions are our best guide and teacher and they need to be embraced WAY more than I have been embracing them. Like most, I learned to suppress many emotions that I didn't feel safe to feel. That version of me is GONE and the evolution that is unfolding as a result of this healing work is unbelievable. This is the work I have been doing AKA the only "work" that actually matters (because implanting positive affirmations etc does not work unless you get to the root of why you don't believe them, and then remove the emotional charge behind it).
