This Episode is connected to Episode 6 "Building the Altar". After we build a place of sacrifice for God to draw in we must then now carry  his presence. We establish the purpose of Gods presence as Minstrels and Levites that we need to know which is to spread Gods presence every where we go and with everything we do. We see the failure of how  Eli's Sons hosted the presence of God or carried the presence of God then we see in the year of Davids leadership how the right way to carry Gods presence. David had a goal which was to return the presence of the Lord back to the his city and we talk about in this episode the importance of approaching Gods presence. There is a cost to the call and anointing that as musicians we carry. Its not easy being a Levite and Minstrel but its worth it. Not only was David bless but the people were blessed because of his desire and obedience to carry Gods presence back to the city of Jerusalem.

In this Episode we talk about creating culture that seeks for opportunities to display Gods glory and to be used by God. Gigs are cool and there’s nothing wrong with them but we must not become so much gig driven and miss the opportunity to be used. As minstrels we are about ministry, kingdom, and serving. We all have assignments in every opportunity. It’s important we fulfill our Levitical mission (numbers3:1-51). Our desire should be that we fulfill Gods will and create an experience for someone to see God.

In this episode we talk the importance of the secret place meaning Gods presence.  We talk about how the secret place is a place of dedication and purity towards God. Its our duty as musicians that this place is a daily devotion and intentional place we go so that we are better effective when we minster whether its in church our outside of church we are servants first. We then talk about the importance of revelation and how we gain revelation from spending time with God. Most times we come to  his presence to talk to him but he wants to talk to us more. My fear is many musicians have little revelation of what they are playing and God wants us to not only be ministers as we usher his people into his presence, but God wants us to be navigators in the spiritual realm which is learned in that secret place. We must not let that place where God desires to dwell to become lost. During this episode we challenged every musician to be careful that we do not miss moments and opportunities during services because we are spiritually sleep, but we must stay in the river of his presence. We are watchmen and doorkeepers of Gods glory and every time we play we are revealing who he is through the revelation we are receiving at that moment, but the revelation we have downloaded from heaven in the secret place.

In this Episode We talk about the interview of Kanye West and his new album Jesus is King. We talk about culture not being our God, having revelation, and guarding our passion. Passion is that fire that builds our tools we use as musicians giving us creativity of songs, sounds, and wonderful projects. As Musicians what were passion about must be fueled by revelation. In this Episode my two guest and I discuss about the heart musicians and worship leaders should have. We talk about some of the pros and cons to have heart that does or doesn't want to serve. We also talk about capturing moments in worship and why we worship and release our sound. We agreed that  one of the things we are lacking in the community of musicians is a serving heart and insult the inability to capture moments in Gods presence and to lead Gods people.  We must not forget (Ephesians 2:10  10 For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.)
