The SOUP CAN

In this episode of The SOUP Can, I provide an update on Hiker Larry. I provide some of his experiences, words he has shared with us and miles hiked. 

As of this recording he has been on trail for 17 days! He has a long way to go and is doing an amazing job! Stay tuned for further updates from The SOUP Can as he continues his journey!

In this episode of The SOUP Can, I had the privilege of sitting down and asking SOUP No O with Emily Blain, better known to us, simply as, FIREBALLZ. Emily is constant beacon of positivity and motivation for a countless number of people. She has her own business as a hair stylist, a fitness trainer and an all around wonderful woman.

We sat down, shared some spirits and just talked about everything that makes Emily, FIREBALLZ. It was an absolute pleasure to be able to sit down with one of the most caring, giving and loving people I know. She truly is one of a kind and it was a blast catching up and asking SOUP No O with such a great person. 

The adventures of Hiker Larry have begun!! He has made it to the southern terminus in New Mexico and will continue on the CDT trail for six months!

I had the privilege of interviewing him before he set out. We discussed his preparation, gear and expectations. Sit back and enjoy this episode as he tells us SOUP No O with the CDT!

The S🚫UP Can is back and kicking off another season! First episode of season 3  is a great one! I sit down with an amazing college athlete, Madison Barch. Madison plays football for the Kalamazoo Hornets. She shares her passion and love for the game and all her experiences throughout her football career, both high school and college.  This is an incredible story from an amazing and humble person.
