The Source Connection

No matter how much you try, you can't polish a turd. In this episode Liz starts us off with some kundalini breath work (finishing at 9:00), then we dive into a little or a lot of the following: the no plan plan, deep surrender/trust, not needing to know what's next, undoing, "Am I worthy to exist if I don't DO?", playing and being in communion with nature, we ARE nature and are always taken care of, what would in be like to be jobless?, how much do you consciously choose your life?, magic! (no words or explanation), spontaneous desire without attachment, visions boards-yes or no?, no fighting necessary...just be you.

The unequivocal knowing that you are free, is your freedom.

To be truly free, you must first know you have always already been free. The work that leads you to this knowing (not in your mind, but in your core), IS the only work you must do to be free. As it is done, more and more “external” freedom will be reflected back to you as a result of the deepening of this truth within you.

It is done in an instant, remembering. It is done over a lifetime, remembering to remember. The work is vast, steady, non-linear, unknown, winding, exhilarating, true, sometimes confusing, blissful, and so much more.

You don’t have to be anything but yourself. You don’t have to follow any of the “rules” (unless, of course, you want to). You don’t have to answer to anyone or anything but your own Source connection.

Naturally, this state of freedom within leads to a life of lived and expressed unconditional love and service to others.

Spend some time with us today and drop who you think you are, so you can remember who you really are.
