The Washington County Hospital and Nursing Home announced a collaboration with the Millry Clinic, set to begin on April 1, to provide enhanced outpatient services, improve patient access to primary and preventive care and strengthen healthcare resources in the region. Patients of the Millry Clinic can expect continuity in their healthcare services, with no immediate changes to providers or operations. Last Saturday, Prestwick Community Outreach, in collaboration with the Fatherhood Initiative Program, hosted its inaugural March Dadness event at Jackson Middle School. The event brought together fathers, mentors, youth and community members for an afternoon filled with purpose, connection and good-spirited competition. A months-long investigation over as wide as a six-county area is paying off with several heavy equipment items recovered as well as some arrests and warrants for those responsible.
