    Insufficient evidence was found that McIntosh High violated transfer rules involving three unnamed football players, according to an Oct. 17 letter sent to the school by the Alabama High School Athletic Association.     GROVE HILL — Clarke County overcame a fourth-quarter deficit to defeat Washington County 34-21 on Oct. 24 for its 28th straight region win and fifth straight 2A Region 1 championship. “Great job by the players and assistant coaches dealing with the ups and downs of the game,” Bulldogs coach Jason Massey said. “(Washington County) Coach (Justin) Whitsett had his team ready to play.
