A much-needed 'realignment' was had today because Diane Jordan stopped by for our weekly segment, More Comfort Monday, which airs every Monday morning at 7:45 on The South Shore's Morning News .
Diane Jordan is the owner of Natural Body Works in Kingston and she specializes in all things bodily and metaphysical. Today's topic discusses 'Core Beliefs' and the ways in which Diane can help you overcome some that are affecting you on a negative level:
Core beliefs are beliefs we all have, which are ingrained in our subconscious from the time we are very young. We don’t typically think about our core beliefs, but they are in our subconscious mind and they affect our thoughts, feelings and behaviors to a great degree.
Listen in as Diane talks about how she guides her clients through sessions to overcome these core beliefs and heal through this process. Diane also mentions 3 different scenarios where her treatments allowed for the clients to set themselves on a path of healing and restoration:
In this episode, Rob was off on vacation for a few days, so first we hear Beth talking with Tim Cahill from the South Shore Chamber of Commerce about Sullivan's Castle Island which has a location at Hanover Crossing. Then, Beth helps our intern Jack with his handwriting by getting on-air cursive lesson. Finally, Rob comes back from vacation and Rob and Beth talk with Bob Terravecchia, the CEO of Coastal Heritage Bank, about July 4 fireworks numbers.

Every Monday morning, The South Shore's Morning News welcomes Diane Jordan of Natural Body Works in Kingston for More Comfort Monday.
For this week's topic, Diane is discussing an extremely important service she offers:
This is about two clients.
The first client had breast cancer treated in the past. She called for hypnosis when it came back and she needed a double mastectomy.
The second client had the breast cancer gene. She called for hypnosis when her scan came back positive for cancer cells and she’d scheduled for a double mastectomy.
Clients come to me because they are determined to heal. They know the subconscious mind is the key to healing because it operates 90% of our overall function. That healing comes from our belief that the mind and body are capable and will heal. And that although fear is a normal response; constant fear will generally create an undesirable result. It also makes life miserable in the meantime.
Client #1 had this to say about Diane Jordan's hypnosis treatment:
My experience with Diane Jordan was life changing. I wrote to Diane to tell her my cancer journey and answer very introspective questions she gave me. At the start of the session Diane spent time processing through each question. I grieved, cried, and opened up in a way that I never had in “real therapy.” During the hypnosis, I felt the loving energy roll through my being. After the session was over, I was pulsating with positive energy. The most powerful thing that happened during the session was Diane asked what I wanted the doctor to say as a result of my surgery. In hypnosis. I heard them say, “your surgery went beautifully, we got all the cancer, it did not spread.” I am happy to report a week after surgery, the phone call came... and the doctor said - “the surgery went beautifully, we got all the cancer, it did not spread.”
Listen to More Comfort Monday to hear all about this life-changing service and a special chant for energy healing:
If you are dealing with a cancer diagnosis, Diane would love you to call her for a free consult and learn about how Hypnosis can help you. The number is 781-585-5130. And please tune in next week for another More Comfort Monday

David Snell gives us the rundown on the Aflac Data Hack. Also, we talk long distance relationships with Lifestyle Coach Francesca Luca on Love Bites!
Long-distance relationships are tough. I’M NOT A FAN, BUT THAT’S ME.
Seriously though…When was the last time you met someone in a long-distance relationship who said: “Oh yeah, my boyfriend lives halfway across the country and it’s… F…I…N…E. FINE!!!!”
Unless you're the avoidant type...
The REAL Challenges of Long-Distance Love
The Fantasy Fog is REAL.
Assumptions Get LOUD.
Idealization is a Trap.“If it weren’t for these damn logistical circumstances, we’d be PERFECT.”
Would you buy a car after only seeing the front end? Didn’t think so.
In a long-distance relationship, you’re often not really dating—
You miss important stuff like:
And that day-to-day messy reality? It’s where true intimacy is built.
So Can It Work?
Sure it can. But so can most relationships.
Here’s what makes a long-distance relationship stand a chance:
Clear Milestones.
An End Date to the Distance.
Consistent Communication.
Reality Checks.
And Watch Out For the Paradox…
Distance can lead you to make a HUGE commitment to someone you barely know.
Final Word:
Can it work? Yes.
If you're in a long-distance relationship, just be real with yourself.
Otherwise, date your mailman.

And we will chant the Mantra this 3 times
So, let’s say it first once more

Deep breath and we chant 3 times -
Om Dhumra Ketuvae Namaha
Om Dhumra Ketuvae Namaha
Om Dhumra Ketuvae Namaha
